City Crafter Challenge #260 - Mood Board

Take a look at this inspirational mood board posted by City Crafter Card Challenge this week.  Isn't is beautiful!  The first thing I noticed was all of the gorgeous colors:  aqua, blues, greens, and neutral browns, tans, and creamy whites!  The photo's title, "Vintage Spring" definitely speaks to me with its rustic photo frames, antique bicycle and suitcases, and the doily bedspread.

You can find all the details about this challenge by clicking on this link -  http://www.citycrafter.blogspot.com/2015/05/city-crafter-challenge-blog-week-260.html.

With a photo so packed full of inspiration, I had a bit of trouble narrowing down what I was going to put on my card.  When I try to go overbord, it usually flops.  So, after several days with no success, I decided to K.I.S.S. it.  Keep it sweet and simple that is!  I drew inspiration mainly from the colors and added my doily butterflies as a special little touch.  I'm pretty pleased with the result and I hope you like it.  Thank you for stopping by to have a look at my card.

  1. Like it? I love it! I love a simple style; less is more. And your card is a lovely example. ( I know what you mean when you try to go overbord. When I try to do that my projects always turns out a mess.. That's why I always keep it simple...:)
